Getting into the swing if things now, training begins and we get to grips with this unorthodox weather. One minute were slapping on suncream and iced sweatbands, next we model our sexy GBR caps/snapbacks. Then later it switches to raincoats and layers.
A change from 35 degree sunshine to continuous thunderstorms have hindered our outdoor activites today but we soldier on and train through the rain. After all we are British and frankly were used to a random shower while it's meant to be summer! Maybe this will pose as an advantage should it continue to rain on game days.
Speaking of which we have a friendly arranged tomorrow evening, again unknown opposition. This will pose as a good Test for our squad with less than a week to go until we kick off our quest for gold.
